mermaid に対応してみた

対応内容

https://gohugo.io/content-management/diagrams/ に沿って対応してみた

単純にテーマで以下を読み込むようにするだけであった (ただこの方法だと全ページ js の読み込みが走ってしまうので制限したい気もするが一旦これで困ってないので良い)
